Well, as of today, Abigail & Arianna are 1 week old. I like to refer to this time as the 'honeymoon period'. Truly we are getting to know each other and adjustments are being made accordingly. While there is still much to learn, I'm so happy with the progress that has been made. The girls are both nursing well (FINALLY!) and they are both sleeping well (YAY!). They are taking to the routine that I've set for them very well and the last two nights, they even let me sleep nearly 4hrs before their night feeding. My 'sleeping beauties' as I like to call them, are truly the sweetest girls around. Abby with her little sleepy smiles, Arianna with her dancing eyes...how can a heart not melt when surrounded by such creations? These girls are truly a gift and I know that God has such a unique and awesome plan for them. I am looking forward to being a part of their lives and helping them to grow to discover who they are and all that they can be.
